I really enjoyed this story. Though it was a little slow to start, once Ash became more active in the book, I found it hard to set it down.

Something I really appreciated about the author's choice in this book, while there was sexual tension present, she focused more on the storyline rather than the characters' angst and lust. As a reader, I was aware of the characters' desires, but they seemed to play second fiddle to the other happenings in their lives.

I'm really looking forward to the second book.

This story has such a good original plot and has great opportunity for potential. However, it could definitely be looked at by a professional editor and publisher. As it is right now the punctuation errors and abundance of unnecessary or useless information is distracting and takes away from the story. Overall a captivating read from start to finish and am glad I decided to give it a chance.
boy did the front drag on...but the last chapter and the epilogue made me want to find out what happens next. I guess the reader needed to know the history, but it was depressing and slow.
Can't wait for the next book by this artist, awesome story line. I love the characters and I highly recommend this novel,

The story line is smooth and compelling. The dialogue is well done. I look forward to the story continuing in Nel's next book.

not quit what I was expecting it was a little slow at times but you just had to keep going,and I was quite impressed because I've been trying to find a good Angel book with no such luck. but then I got to this book and I LOVED it you can see how much Ash loves Kate and I didn't like the ending cause they were both s
