FearFlip Following Fear to Find Your Freedom eBook Natalie Gail
Those of us in American culture are taught, I believe, to fear fear itself. Fear is something to be avoided, ignored, or destroyed. To have fear is to be vulnerable and weak. It is the bringer of unhappiness, anger, violence, and suffering. The author proposes that fear is indeed at the root of all suffering, but she uniquely considers fear to be a tool-- a compass, if you will, to identify the heart of any inner turmoil. The author, Natalie Gail, tells a bit of her story in overcoming fear, depression, and anxiety. While her personal story is fascinating, what I found most compelling is how insightful she is about human psychology. She introduces two methods called FearFlip and Fear Chasing-- tools to identify your fears, understand them fully, and then resolve them. Hers is a compassionate approach-- Fear is not the enemy that must be squashed. She looks at fear as an opportunity to address whatever you have within you that causes suffering and come out the other side of it-- better, happier, and peaceful. If you feel fear, it is a clue to that which is holding you back from your soul's fullest potential. I positively LOVED this book. Fear is such an uncomfortable topic for many of us, but I found so much strength in this book-- just by tweaking the idea of fear and what it means when it rears its formerly ugly head. Readers of Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie, etc. will like Natalie Gail. Her voice is genuine, wise, and compelling. Her message is timeless. This is going on my shelf of self-help/spirituality/self-improvement classics.Tags : Amazon.com: FearFlip: Following Fear to Find Your Freedom eBook: Natalie Gail: Kindle Store, ebook,Natalie Gail,FearFlip: Following Fear to Find Your Freedom,Enjoying the Bliss,Religion Spirituality,Psychology Movements Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

In her debut book, FearFlip. Natalie shares with us her amazing spiritual journey in which she overcame her own fear and anxiety. She also provides methods as to how we, the readers, can address our own anxieties and fears.
I have read Natalie's book many times, often returning to a specific passage to re-reflect on what she has written. I found Natalie's writings to be very inspirational and I admire how she has transformed her own life.
I highly recommend her book!

It is worth investigating the role fear plays in your life and investing the time to get to know this constant companion. A very thoughtful book on how to use the powerful emotion of fear in a positive way. After suffering for years with anxiety and depression, I feel I have a powerful tool to help me conquer what I once felt I could never face.
